TOWN OF LITCHFIELD NOTICE OF HEARING ON PRELIMINARY BUDGET
Notice is hereby given that the preliminary budget for the Town of Litchfield for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2012 has been completed and filed with the Town Clerk at 1241 Albany Road, Clayville, N.Y. where it is available for inspection by any and all interested persons at all reasonable hours.
Further notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Litchfield will hold a special meeting at the Litchfield Town Hall on Tuesday November 15, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. to review said Preliminary Budget and hold a public hearing thereon followed by a special session to vote on the budget. At such hearing any person may be heard in favor of or against any item or items therein contained.
Pursuant to Section 113 of Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following Town Officers are hereby specified:

TOWN OF LITCHFIELD Notice of Public Hearing on a Proposed Local Law
Please take notice that there has been a law introduced before the Town Board of the Town of Litchfield, titled “A Law to Override the Tax Levy Limit Established in General Municipal Law 3-c”., The purpose of this local law is to authorize the town board to override the tax levy limit by a vote of sixty percent (60%) of the town board.
Please take further notice that pursuant to Sections 130 and 264 of the Town Law, a public hearing will be held on the aforesaid proposed Local Law before the Town Board of the Town of Litchfield at the Town Hall, Cedarville Rd, Ilion, NY on the 1st day of November, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at which time all persons interested will be heard.
